1. Introduction

Welcome to YouthInn ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

2. AI & Automated Services

2.1 AI Agents & Assistants

YouthInn employs Artificial Intelligence ("AI") agents to assist with tasks such as property search, tour scheduling, and inquiry responses.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or outdated. You verify all critical information (price, amenities, availability) with the host directly.
  • Interactions: Your conversations with our AI agents may be monitored and analyzed to improve service quality.

2.2 Model Context Protocol (MCP) & Network Discovery

We engage with the Model Context Protocol ("MCP") to enhance listing discoverability.

  • Premium Visibility: Landlords may opt-in to the "Network Discovery" feature. By enabling this, you grant YouthInn permission to broadcast your listing data (Title, Price, Location, Availability) to unauthorized external AI agents (e.g., Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Apple Intelligence) via our MCP Server API.
  • Data Sharing: If you opt-in to AI Visibility, you acknowledge that your public listing information will be indexed by third-party AI models. We are not responsible for how third-party models interpret or display this data.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out of this discovery feature at any time via your Dashboard Settings. Removal from third-party caches may take up to 24 hours.

2.3 Automated Decisions

Our "Inquiry Agent" may use automated logic to pre-screen tenants based on criteria set by the Landlord (e.g., move-in date alignment). These tools are for assistance only; the Landlord serves as the final decision-maker for all leases.

3. Marketplace Services

3.1 Host Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring your property meets all local safety and zoning laws. You must represent your property accurately in all listings.

3.2 Renter Obligations

You agree to pay all rent and fees associated with your booking. You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay.

3.3 Fees & Payments

YouthInn charges a service fee for successful bookings. Payments are processed via our secure third-party provider (Stripe).

4.1 Platform Nature (Venue Only): YouthInn is a technology platform that connects Hosts and Renters. We do not own, manage, inspect, or control any of the properties listed. We are NOT a party to any lease, rental agreement, or transaction between users.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouthInn shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any damages to property, personal injury, or death arising from a stay or tour.
  • Any disputes regarding rent, security deposits, or lease terms.
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in listing data or AI-generated responses (including ChatGPT/Gemini).
  • Any financial losses due to fraud or scams (Users are responsible for verifying the identity of counterparties).

4.3 AI Disclaimer: Information provided by our AI agents is for convenience only. You acknowledge that AI output can be hallucinated or outdated. You agree to independently verify all material details (price, location, availability) before entering into a binding agreement.

4.4 Indemnification: You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold YouthInn harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or any dispute between you and another user.

4.5 Chat Data Connectivity & Monitoring: You acknowledge and agree that YouthInn may access, store, and analyze all communication data (including chat messages, tour requests, and AI interactions) traversing our Platform. We use this data to connect services (e.g., syncing tours with calendars), improve AI models, enforce community guidelines, and ensure safety. Messages are not private from YouthInn's systems.
